Jenn Casey

Jenn is a physiotherapist who loves helping people move, breathe, and live well. She graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at McMaster University.

She spent the last eight years working in a hospital-based cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation program, where she supported many people recovering from heart and lung conditions. She is especially passionate about helping clients regain their strength, confidence, and independence following major health challenges.

As a mum of three busy kids, she knows how important it is to keep the body strong and resilient for everyday life.

She also has a special interest in ConnectTherapy™, an approach that looks at the whole person—not just the sore spot—to uncover the root causes of pain or movement issues. She enjoys seeing how small changes can make a big difference in how her patients feel and function. Her goal is to optimize function so patients can get back to the things they love most.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, cold dips, and time in the sauna—activities that challenge both body and mind, build resilience, and connect her to nature, fresh air and movement outdoors.
