How we are keeping our community safe:

  • Prior to appointments, patients will be required to fill out a Health Screening Survey online or upon arrival.

  • We have reduced our patient flow and have staggered appointment start times as best as we can to reduce the number of patients in common areas at a time.

  • All of our staff members will stay home if they are unwell.

  • Our physiotherapists will be wearing protective equipment (PPE) as outlined and approved by the College of Physiotherapists

  • Reception will be wearing masks

  • We have installed plexiglass at our front desk

  • Our sanitization procedures are in order and will occur frequently throughout each shift, such as disinfecting treatment rooms after each appointment

  • Our clinic continues to have three air conditioning units that allow for air flow and fresh air to circulate within the clinic space. Additionally, each treatment room has an air purifier that is outfitted with germ guardian filters and UV light

  • No charge for late cancelations related to illness

  • Touchless or online payment options available

How to prepare for your appointment:

  • Bring a mask: patients are required to wear masks and we ask that you bring your own. We have masks available in the event you forget to bring one or do not have one of your own.

  • Fill out our Health and Safety Screening form online within 24 hours of your appointment: you will be automatically sent an email 24 hours ahead of your appointment prompting you to complete our screening. If you are unable to fill it out online, copies will be available at the clinic.

  • Arrive right on time: we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 2-5 minutes before your appointment. Our waiting room is small and we are only able to accommodate one patient seated in the waiting room at a time. During the clinic’s busiest times, you may be asked to wait outside for a few minutes in order for us to best adhere to physical distancing measures.

  • Wash your hands: once you arrive, please make your way to the washroom to wash your hands, or use provided sanitizer at the front desk.

  • Sick Policy: if you are sick or experiencing cold/flu like symptoms, please contact us as soon as you can as to reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged for short notice cancellations related to illness.
